As you can see from the chart, foreclosure activity has been picking up in the Boca Raton area lately. 

The chart shows 3.5 months of foreclosure inventory in January 2023 versus 1.77 months on foreclosure inventory in March 2021. 

As of January 2023 the chart shows 173 active foreclosure listings in Boca Raton. 

I have helped home sellers who are behind on their mortgage to avoid foreclosure.

I am a full-time real estate professional who focuses on the Mission Bay community in West Boca Raton, Florida.   My primary areas of focus is on Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach; however, I have worked with customers to the north up to Port St. Lucie, Florida and further south into Broward County and Dade County as well.
