Palm Beach County Florida Home Price and Home Sales Information July 2025

Home sellers and home buyers are most interested in how the real estate market is doing.  All real estate is local, so home sales might be strong in California and weak in Oklahoma.  This also means home prices could be rising in Southern California and falling in Norther California.  


Below is a snapshot for one of the areas on which I focus my real estate business, Palm Beach County in Florida.  This will give you a sense for the local market.  However, to get even more specific to local areas within the sub-market, you will need to dig further.

 January 31, 2023 Florida Real Estate Values Grew More Than Any Other US State In 2022 How Can I Help You?
