What Did The Median Single Family Home Sell For in Palm Beach County July 2022?

The median single family home price sold for $600,000 in July 2022.  Inventory levels are starting to show an upward trend during July 2022.  This is positive for home buyers.  However, the amount of inventory as of July 2022 was still low and generally favored home sellers.

I am a full-time real estate professional who focuses on the Mission Bay community in West Boca Raton, Florida.   My primary areas of focus is on Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach; however, I have worked with customers to the north up to Port St. Lucie, Florida and further south into Broward County and Dade County as well.
