The Fourth of July is coming up and that means barbecuing for many. 

Here are a few grilling tips :

Pre-heat the grill : let the coals get burning red or have the gas burners on high.

Keep the grill lid down : keeps grates hot to sear the food; keeps meats from drying out; and keeps in smokiness. 

Monitor grilling temperatures to keep from overcooking your food

Limit flare ups that might burn food; move the food away from any flare ups until it dies down. 

Don’t turn too often; turn food only once or twice so as to sear the flavors into the meat. 

Our local market still favors home sellers and homes sales are still occuring, even during the summer months.

I am a full-time real estate professional who focuses on the Mission Bay community in West Boca Raton, Florida.   My primary areas of focus is on Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach; however, I have worked with customers to the north up to Port St. Lucie, Florida and further south into Broward County and Dade County as well.
