Florida Realtors economists recently reported that about half of Florida home sellers had gotten their ask price or more in the past few months. 

It was reported that 67% of Florida home sellers received their ask price or more in April 2022. 

Florida home sellers have been reported to get at least 5% more than ask price.

With mortgage rates climbing, Florida home sellers may need to temper their expectations. 

However, many industry experts anticipate Florida home sellers will continue to be in the “driver’s seat.”
