 January 31, 2023 Florida Real Estate Values Grew More Than Any Other US State In 2022 How Can I Help You? I am a full-time real estate professional who focuses on the Mission Bay community in West Boca Raton, Florida.   My primary areas of focus is on Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach; however, I have worked with customers to the north up to Port St. Lucie, Florida and further south into Broward County and Dade County as well. As a real estate agent who specializes in selling homes in Mission Bay West Boca Raton, I monitor Mission Bay homes sales activity. During the month of December 2022, I estimate the average home sales price for the trailing 12 month period was $654,334.  I estimate home prices rose by 27.21% on an annual basis in December 2022 for the Mission Bay Boca Raton development.
