During my many years as a real estate professional in the South Florida (Southeast / Boca Raton) area, I have been involved with many different types of transactions.   In my conversations, distressed properties come up frequently.  I have represented customers selling "short-sale" properties, have helped customers buy both short-sales and foreclosures as well.   The South Florida real estate market, and my main areas in particular (Boca Raton, Delray Beach Boynton Beach), have had a lot of home buyer interest, rising prices and not much in the way of distressed real estate situations during the past few years.  However, there continues to be interested from both real estate investors as well as home buyers who continue to seek foreclosure sales and distressed property situations.
